1. What is a football pool?

A football pool is a game where you have to predict the results of football matches. You enter the results on your prediction form. The game consists of two parts: 1 predicting matches and 2 predicting tournament statistics. You get points for predicting correctly. The one who has the most points at the end wins the game.

2. I can not log in, whats wrong?

Are you sure you filled in your username and password correctly? Use the lost password functionality if you forgot your password. Another reason can be the cookie-settings of Internet Explorer, check those settings or delete your cookies. Sometimes problems can occur when a link is being opened in, for example Hotmail. If this causes any problems, copy the link and try it in a new window.

3. How do I changed my settings?

Go the menu item 'settings' and change the things you want to change. Then press the button 'Save settings'. Make sure you filled in all fields correctly. Of course you have to be logged in to do this.

4. Can I change my username?

Yes, it is possible to change your username. At the setting/profile page you can change your username.

5. How do I change my password?

Login and go to 'my settings'. At the bottom of that page you can change your password.

6. Is there any kind of limit regarding the number of players in a subleague?

No, there is no limit regarding the number of players you can add to your subleague.

7. How can I join a subleague?

You can be invited by the administrator of the subleague, you will then receive an email.

8. How do I unregister from a subleague?

Go to the subleague and click on the 'unsubscribe' link.

9. I can not find my subleague at the register page?

The subleague you are looking for is a private one. Please ask the subleague administrator to invite you.

10. My prediction is still visible for others in subleagues. How come?

If you made sure your prediction is set to private, the administrator of the subleague has probably used the 'all predictions are public' override option.

11. I am not receiving any e-mail?

First check your settings page to see if you filled in the correct e-mail. Also check your e-mail clients spam folder. Sometimes e-mails will get marked as spam.

12. My total points do not add up, how come?

The total amount of points as listed is a system calculation and do not contain any errors. If you think your total does not add up, please clear your browser cache.

13. Help my prediction has not been saved. What now?

We often receive emails from people who say their prediction have not been saved. This is very unfortunately but in many cases the prediction has been saved too late. Furthermore, it may also be that a prediction is not coming through due to a poor WiFi/5G connection. When a prediction is saved by the system there will always be a confirmation on the screen or in the app. You can also choose to have a confirmation e-mail sent.

In the event of a busy site, it is possible that a prediction does not come through correctly. It is your own responsibility to check this carefully and try again. Our tip here is not to enter your prediction in the last 10 minutes before the start of the European Championship.

14. My topscorer does not play anymore but he is still in the list, what is wrong?

We only add new players. It is the responsibility of the participant to check this. We can not delete players because of technical reasons.

15. Can I view other players predictions?

This depends if the player has set his of her prediction to public or not.

16. What is the result that will be filled in?

The result is the standing after 90 minutes plus the additional time. Penalty shootouts do not count.

17. When will the rankings be updated during the tournament?

Both the general ranking and the rankings within subleagues are recalculated at the end of the match day. This means that at that moment there will be an additional + score shown that indicates how many points were added that day based on the matches played.

18. When will the points for the group stage and/or statistics be handed out?

The points for the group stage will be handed out a day after the group stage has finished. The points for the statistics will be handed out a day after the tournament has finished.

19. I want to register but the site says my e-mail address is already in use?

You are already registered. Please use the lost password page to recover your username and password.
